Shipping and Return Policies

Your order will be processed and on its way to you within three business days of receipt.

Orders are shipped within the USA and Canada by USPS First Class Mail. International Orders via Global Priority Mail. Fees are shown at the checkout process and reflect the fees practiced by US Postal Service and it will include Insurance and Delivery Confirmation.

Please be sure to provide a street address for all orders. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We will ship all orders and you will receive an email with a track number and further details about the shipment.

SHIPPING FEES Shipping fees are calculated according to the weight of the item(s) and will be showed before checkout.

Delivery Times
Typically, orders will arrive to the destination address in 1 week within the USA and 3-4 weeks to another countries if shipped USPS First Class Mail. As you might expect, the faster the service, the higher the shipping rate. Sales Tax:  California sales tax will be collected on all orders being shipped from California to addresses in California.

Return Policy: You satisfaction is our priority and we will keep it simple. If you are happy, so will us. If you are not happy with your item, simply send it back within 30 days of delivery. We will refund you even the shipping fees. We believe that the creation of a bridge between consumers and us depends on high quality products and extraordinary customer service. Full refunds will be available for up to 30 days from the day you receive your order. Please, send your returning item using a reliable carrier that offers tracking. It is strongly recommended that you insure the package, as you will be responsible for ensuring that all items arrive at our warehouse in their original condition. ISSUANCE OF CREDIT: All refunds will be issue at the same way you paid for the item(s).Credit cards will be credited for the full applicable amount within 10-15 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise. If you paid by check or money order, you will receive a check from us for the full applicable amount of the return by mail approximately 2-4 weeks after the returned product has been received at the our warehouse. If you are interested in exchanging one product for another, you will need to return the unwanted item and submit a completely new order for the product you would like to purchase.
